    • Submit an enquiry through our website and we'll be in touch to arrange your appointment

  • Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns with your colour or cut, please contact our team as soon as possible. We offer a 2-week colour and cut guarantee and if an adjustment is required due to a service-related issue, we'll happily welcome you back for a complimentary refinement.

  • Yes. We happily welcome walk-in appointments whenever possible. If one of our stylists is available, we'll do our best to accommodate you on the day.

  • We offer a full range of professional hair services, including colour, foiling, balayage, haircuts, styling, extensions, smoothing treatments and personalised hair treatments.

  • Our stylists are grouped into different levels based on their experience, expertise and ongoing education: Advanced, Senior and Emerging. Pricing varies accordingly, while every guest receives the same personalised Papillon experience.
